    The Membership is great for any journalist with more than a year of experience or who has the foundations down and is looking to level up their skills, be inspired, network with leaders in the industry, and learn from a monthly group Zoom Masterclass, plus short personalized coaching sessions with Debra. You can purchase a one-on-one, hour-long session with Debra at a special member-only price of $150. Both are great options and give you access to Debra. And of course, it depends on your budget.
  • Can Debra guarantee I'll get a job?
  • No. Debra is not an agent. And she's not a headhunter. But, she knows the secret sauce to making a great reel that gets News Directors' attention. She also has lots of contacts in the industry, including recruiters at top station groups and O&Os, and can usually locate an inside source at a station you want to work at.

    Lastly, she can teach you the best and most effective way to make contact with decision-makers. Many clients in top markets credit Debra with helping them get to their dream market.
  • What is your refund/cancellation policy?
  • Once you buy the Digital Course with the One-on-One Session, you have lifetime access to it. We do not offer refunds. The Membership is billed on a monthly basis and you can cancel at any time.
  • Do you have payment plans?
  • We offer a payment plan for the Digital Course with the One-on-One Session. You can pay in two installments. The 2nd installment is billed to your credit card one month after the initial payment.
  • I really want a One-on-One Session with Debra, but I can't afford the Digital Course plus One-on-One option. Can I get a One-on-One with The Membership?
  • Yes. As a Member, you are eligible for a discounted rate for an hour-long, one-on-one session. It's $150 for an hour session. Your welcome letter will have all the info you need to sign up for one, plus the link is pinned to the top of The Membership's Facebook group.
  • I just signed up for The Membership! What's next?

Five days before the beginning of each month, a schedule of the Zooms will be posted.   • The course title says "Two Weeks" but you could finish it before that if your schedule allows. Each section is bite-size and comes with worksheets and checklists. It's designed to take into account that you are a working journalist and have a busy life!
  • If I buy the Digital Course, how long do I have access to it?
